At Volleyball Academy, we believe that every child deserves the opportunity to experience the joy of volleyball, regardless of skill level or background. Our journey began with a simple but powerful vision: to create a volleyball program that nurtures young athletes, instills a lifelong love for the game, and provides a structured pathway for both recreational and competitive players.
Way of Play
At Volleyball Academy, we believe in a structured, proven approach to developing young athletes. Our curriculum is built on a "Gold Medal" system, a method crafted by volleyball's greatest minds and used at the highest levels of the sport. By breaking the game into essential keys, we ensure that every child—regardless of experience—can learn the fundamentals of volleyball in a clear, progressive way.
Inspired by the Aspen Institute's Project Play, kids must try a variety of sports. We focus on making volleyball FUN, inclusive, and accessible to all ages and skill levels. Our approach fosters physical literacy, a love for the game, and a lifelong desire to stay active.

We are also guided by Norway's Children's Rights in Sports, emphasizing skill mastery, game intelligence, and competitive growth in an environment that nurtures resilience and sportsmanship. Whether a child is just starting or striving for excellence, our philosophy ensures they develop not only as players but as confident and well-rounded individuals.
