TINY ATHLETES*

AGES: 3 - 4 YEARS OLD

Our Tiny Athletes program is a joyful introduction to volleyball for preschool-aged kids, designed for ages 3–4 to play, learn, and grow. This is the perfect first step to building confidence, connection, and a love for physical activity.

FIRST TOUCH

AGES: 5 - 8 YEARS OLD

First Touch is an engaging, beginner-friendly volleyball program that comes to you. Young athletes build a strong foundation through a structured pathway focused on coordination, movement, and basic techniques, all in a fun, safe, and convenient environment set up anywhere.

Elementary School

RISE ACADEMY

AGE: 8 - 11 YEARS OLD

A structured volleyball program that helps young athletes grow through age-appropriate drills, team play, and high-energy sessions. Players build coordination, confidence, and game sense while learning core techniques and how to work together on a mini court.

Elementary & Early Middle School

MINI-VOLLEY

AGES: 11 - 16 YEARS OLD

Mini-Volley is a pre-competitive training program that introduces young athletes the basics of team systems and positions. Each session builds on volleyball fundamentals while introducing players to small game-like situations in a fun, confidence-boosting environment.
